Introduction
For over 26 years, AKM & Associates Consulting Electrical, Mechanical Engineers and Projects has engineered effective solutions that provide the foundation for facilities to operate.
Under the guidance of Ms Fezeka Mvulana, this women-led firm provides a complete service incorporating all Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineering elements and project management.
The head office is in East London, with engineering practices in the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal and branches in the Western Cape and Gauteng.

We are a 100% female black-owned company. Under the guidance of Ms Fezeka Mvulana, this women-led firm provides a complete service incorporating all Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineering elements and project management.
Connecting employees with roles related to their strengths help us attract and retain diverse talent. We have and will continue to recruit, employ and mentor previously disadvantaged engineering students to help them progress in their careers.
Mentoring includes the provision of skills such as on-site training, draughting, design methods, administration and project management, the use of relevant software and hardware and all other necessary aspects relating to practising as a consulting engineer, with a view to participants achieving the status of professional in training and registration.
Bursaries are offered in the form of payment for subjects passed at higher learning institutions and for all electrical and mechanical-related courses attended
